Skandia's millionaire monitor

Many people dream of achieving financial security and having at least £1 million pounds available to spend or save is seen by the majority as an accepted measure of success.

Wealth is important to the UK’s future prosperity and the way Britain’s millionaires think and feel about the world can provide interesting insights to the state of the nation.

UK map in coinsIn June 2011 Skandia launched its first Millionaire Monitor survey, using an independent research company to survey over 500 millionaires on a range of different topics. The aim was to gauge how they felt about living in Britain and the issues and topics that affect them.

The results make interesting reading, highlighting differences in attitudes, age and gender and providing a snapshot of how this group is dealing with economic turbulence and UK Government policy.
